Do not buy from them!! Scammers!

Long story short it’s been two weeks since I got my suit. I had asked for Sharara size 41 and they gave me 37 inches instead!!!! I am tall so this length won’t fit me! When I reached out to customer service they told me they can’t refund me for their mistake. Then they said I can do an exchange but I would need to pay for shipping and send the gourmet back to them in India. Then they came back and said MAYBE we can send you new pants but it will be 40-41 but couldn’t guarantee my length. After that they asked if I could send money for stitching and shipping for replacement dress.

Why should I pay again for a mistake the team did with the measurements?? Because of them taking two week to give me a solution I had to go purchase a new suit from somewhere else for my function!!!

I ensured my measurements were correct! If you send pants that are 37 instead of 41- you should be giving me a refund because I can’t wear the suit or give me an exchange without me having to pay more money!! I did not mess up the order!!

Please do not buy from them!
