How to place an order on Hatkay.com?
At Hatkay, we are proud to offer the most seamless ordering experience. Here is what you need to do to place an order:
1. Find and select the attire that you want to order. Select the stitching option if you want a stitched garment.
2. Click on 'Add to cart' to add the selected garment(s) to your shopping cart.
3. On the cart page, double-check the quantity and price of the items ordered. Enter any extra instruction if required in the 'ADD A NOTE TO YOUR ORDER' box.
4. Click on check out to proceed with the billing process.
5. Add your contact, billing and shipping details. Don't forget to add your discount coupons if you have any.
6. Select the preferred payment method. We have multiple secure payment gateways. Once the payment goes through, that means you have successfully placed the order. Review your order details on the final screen. You can also check your order details in your email once you receive the confirmation email.

When will I receive my order?
The time required to process and get the product ready for dispatch differs from product to product. All ready to ship products will be dispatched within (time unit). Orders containing multiple products will be dispatched together once all the products are ready to be dispatched. You will receive your order within (time unit) once it is dispatched.
How will my order be delivered to me?
We understand that you are concerned about your newly purchased Indian ethnic wear. Thus, we are very careful about it and thus, we only partner with the most reputed logistics and carriers such as (logistic name). Once we dispatch your order via one of these couriers, you will receive an email with the tracking details so that you can keep a tab on the delivery status of your order.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can easily check the status of your order by logging in to your Hatkay account and click on My Account section. From here you will be able to view your order history and status of each order.
Is it compulsory for me to make an account to shop at Hatkay?
No, it is not compulsory for you to make an account to shop with us. Although, having an account with us makes you privy to faster checkout and better offers. Additionally, having a Hatkay account allows you to check real-time status of your order and earn loyalty points on every order.
