Wrong saree

I’m disappointed with Hatkay’s customer service. I contacted them and inquired about this saree if it was available. They told me they have one left to quickly purchase it. After they took my money they told me the item is damaged and choose from another saree. I did choose a different one but they said it’s not available. I told them I want a refund. They don’t want to give me a refund and said they have the saree. Once I received the saree. It wasn’t the one from the picture. It was a totally different one. It was an ugly lime green blouse and a purplish saree. I was so upset, I contacted them letting them know. They kept saying they can’t give me a refund to keep the saree at a discounted price. I told them no I’m not keeping a saree I don’t like especially if it’s not the one I ordered. I told them I’m sending it back and I want a refund. Finally they were willing to give me a refund. They didn’t send me a return label. All stores sends return labels, I went to fedex and they said if I send it without the shops return label it will cost $178 more than the price of the saree. They informed me that retail stores are suppose to send return labels and I thought so too. I contacted them again and they told me they don’t have a return label system like that in India. They’re not being accommodated and doing whatever they can not to refund. Mind you even their return policy states “Only in case of damaged product or wrong product, we would consider return and refund” this is what happened in my case.
