Within 12 days of placing the order, my outfit was at my door. Not only was it affordable but also good quality. I opted for the ready made sizing and it fit me like a glove! Will definitely shop again! Highly recommended.

Came in ripped. I reached out and got told how they have footage to prove that it wasn’t from their end and when I asked for it, it went missing. Asked for new pants and they said I had to pay for it. Told me to buy another outfit and the pants would be free after I already bought 2 outfits from them.

I was very disappointed when I received this order. I paid extra for custom stitching and the stitching was very poorly done and uneven. It also arrived in poor condition and the material was very wrinkly. I was very excited because my previous orders with Hatkay have been very successful but this was not the case this time.
I sent my exact measurements which they made but there was no way to get the blouse on. No buttons or zipper
Stitching quality not good. It already started ripping with one wear. I would not buy again.
I reached out to the Hatkay team to confirm whether or not my size would be considered plus size, they confirmed it was not therefore I went ahead and ordered. I received my outfits and they are way smaller then the size I need and hatkay is refusing to remedy the issue. These outfits were for my wedding, buyers beware and do not buy from here!
The top was different from the picture
this looks a lot better in pictures than online, it almost looks like the gold is shiny but this is a faint ugly gold color, kinda disappointed as i’ve bought from them before and it was actually nice
