Refund Eligibility
If you receive a damaged product, you may be eligible for a refund. Every request is reviewed individually by our team, and we will always communicate the outcome clearly.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
* Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
* Products must be returned with original packaging and all tags intact.
* Items that have been worn, altered, or used are not eligible for return.
* Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and any applicable customs fees.
* Sale items, custom-stitched products, and plus-size products are not eligible for return.
* All requests are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.
